Mule's Ear & Lupine in burned forest Camas Natural Area Preserve, Washington State
Mule's Ear and Lupine flowers blossom in Spring, along the edge of a burned-out forest. Every summer, areas of the Cascade Mountain range is burned by forest fires which cycles into regrowth the following Spring.
